What a qualification decision needs
- Product fit: a credible reason this company could use what you sell.
- Buyer fit: a relevant role or decision maker within that company.
- Exclusions: reasons the account should not enter the campaign.
- Evidence and timing: the context behind a relevant approach.
Fit comes before activity
A hiring announcement, product launch or market change may be interesting without establishing a need for your product. Start with what the company does and who it serves. Then ask whether the proposed buyer and use case make sense.
Nouvel’s public workflow brings product fit, buyer roles and exclusions into account qualification. That helps the operation avoid treating every newly active company as an equally suitable prospect.

Keep the source with the reason
A signal should be inspectable. In a review, ask for the source behind the observation and whether it describes a current situation. Seeing a statement today is different from knowing the event happened today.
For example, an old job listing does not by itself establish that a company has just started hiring. An ambiguous signal is a reason to research further, rather than a reason to invent urgency in the first message. These are evaluation examples, not customer results.
Make rejection useful
The companies your team does not want matter as much as the companies it does. Agree the markets, business models and account types to exclude. Ask how the operation handles an account that meets a broad industry filter but fails one of those rules.
The time saving should come from a better qualification process, not from moving the entire review burden onto a founder. During setup, use rejected examples to make the rules clearer.
What to inspect in a demo
| Account detail | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Company context | Establishes what the business actually does |
| Product relevance | Explains a plausible use case |
| Buyer role | Connects outreach to someone relevant |
| Supporting evidence | Lets your team inspect the reason behind the approach |
| Exclusions or uncertainty | Shows when outreach should be held back |
| Proposed message | Shows whether the reasoning survives into execution |
How qualification saves operating time
When the research and account decision remain connected to campaigns and replies, a person does not have to reconstruct the account at every handoff. Nouvel’s agents carry that context forward through the outbound operation.
Confirm the qualification scope for your market in the demo and proposal. Signals and account criteria vary by product; a generic list of possible signals does not establish that each is useful or available in your engagement.
