What to compare in a quote
- Market research, buyer qualification and the account coverage required.
- Campaign setup, dedicated sending infrastructure and ongoing operation.
- Reply context, support and the handoffs to your team.
- Initial commitment, billing term, limits, cancellation notice and asset ownership.
The scope comes before the headline price
A data subscription, a campaign tool and a managed outbound operation do different amounts of work. Compare the whole workflow you need before comparing the bill. Otherwise, the apparently cheaper option may simply leave more tasks with your team.
Nouvel’s agents research accounts, qualify against your product and carry context into outreach. Managed setup connects the market, campaigns and sending infrastructure. Ask which parts of that work your proposal covers and any limits that apply.

Do you need an annual contract?
No. Nouvel offers a monthly rolling option. The agreed proposal should state the term, notice process, setup scope and what happens to domains, inboxes and records if the engagement ends.
Monthly availability does not automatically mean there is no setup work or notice period. Read the actual scope and terms. Quarterly or annual choices should be compared as optional commercial terms, rather than treated as a prerequisite for using Nouvel.
Include the work your team still performs
| Cost or responsibility | What to establish |
|---|---|
| Research and data | Who sources and maintains suitable accounts and buyers |
| Qualification | Who checks fit, evidence and exclusions |
| Infrastructure | Setup, ongoing operation and asset ownership |
| Campaigns | Who prepares, monitors and improves them |
| Replies | Which actions are included and when your team takes over |
| Team time | The recurring work left with founders, sales and operations |
Compare commitments accurately
Different vendors combine subscription, usage, credit and managed-service models. Monaco, for example, currently describes an initial credit commitment followed by monthly usage. It does not describe an annual-only arrangement.
Use current proposals for the same period and scope. A fixed percentage claim is only useful when the comparison behind it is clear. This page does not disclose an exact Nouvel rate or claim a universal saving over another vendor.

What to bring to a pricing conversation
Bring your product, target buyer, an estimate of market size, current outbound process and the work you want to hand over. Include any infrastructure, security or integration requirements that will affect the scope.
The resulting proposal should connect that brief to the work Nouvel will operate. Your team should be able to understand both the commitment and the time it expects to recover, without relying on a generic online price.
